The Done Deal Degreaser / The Practice
(Short Version) (Susan James)
When our thoughts are not feeling good at all,
that’s a major signal that we’ve lost our best
connection to Source Energy. And it’s from
there that we are sent the good stuff. It’s from
there that things can change for us with little or
no effort our part.
For those not familiar with how I defined a
Degreaser, it came from the chili that my Mom
used to make with really fatty hamburger and as
it was in the refrigerator, we would have to skim
the grease off the top in order to eat it.
We can do the same de-greasing with our
thoughts. The ones that keep us stuck or help us
see what we need to surface and acknowledge.
Here is a simplified version:
(This changes our vibration automatically
quickly)
1. Write out an intention to feel better.
(Add to it as it feels best for you to do.)
2. Then write something like this:
‘This is what happened’ or is happening..
or, these are the unwanted thoughts taking up
my brain space’.
(Note on why do it?)
As we consciously choose to move up the
expansion ladder where everything is easier,
faster and better, we still may have unwanted
thoughts.
We understand that if we keep those thoughts in
our mind, they get bigger and eventually may
show up in our circumstances, which moves it
from ‘just thoughts’ into actual unwanted
circumstances that we then need to deal with.
