Creating Fearlessness with a Bottle
(by Susan James)

It can be about money, wanting to win, wanting
to be better than we are; it can be for the
entrepreneur, the athlete, the writer, the artist,
anyone wanting more and better.

The moment limitation shows up. The moment
the feeling of lack, of not enough, of self doubt
and lack of confidence in what we are about to
do, or what we would like to do, but feel
stopped in our tracks.

If we don’t want to be held back, as Serena
Williams suggests in the trailer for her
Masterclass, we have to take the nerves, the
fear and bottle it up and throw it away. It’s what
she does as she’s about to step out on the court.

She says she always feels nervous, but it’s what
she does next that sets her up to win. She puts
the fear in a bottle and throws it away.
Ms. Williams then enters the court feeling
confident and positioned to win.

Years ago, for me it was about ‘The Jar’; Take
The Jar Up The Hill.

Here’s the short version:

I was having an issue, and it had become
painful. I needed to let go of it, but couldn’t
seem to bring myself to do it. So I ‘asked’ for
higher help. I was led to this conversation within
my mind. (Note that Serena Williams had also
created her bottle in her mind.)

The Higher part of me, was asking: ‘Susan,
would you like for us to take this over from
you?’

My answer was of course, ‘yes, please’.

This is what they did and it was a mental image
in my mind.

They said: ‘How about you put your
circumstance in this Jar. And we will walk this
jar up the hill and leave it at the top of the hill.
Is that ok with you?’ My Answer, ‘Yes.’

So I pictured my issue being carried up the hill
in a jar by some higher friends. And then it was
‘changed’. I felt better, I felt everything was
handled for me and the circumstances no
longer mattered. Why? Because the whole thing
was in a jar on the hill, the higher hill.

Imagination is Our Engine to Getting Ourselves
Out of Life’s Messes and Into Our Dreams
Coming True. It’s a form of ‘Effortless
Visualization’. (sj)

The tools of imagination, of pondering
constructively, are a way of using higher light
energy in the form of desire. It creates
momentum, peace, relief, harmony.

Take The Jar Up The Hill, or put it in a bottle
and toss it away. If we want to feel relief,
if we don’t want to be held back from the life
we seem to want, the one that keeps calling us;
Take The Jar Up The Hill and Be Splendid and
Awesome!
