What Do Aladdin, Pollyanna and The Ostrich
All Have In Common? (And How May We Use
What They Know?) Susan James
They All Share this method of operating their
lives:
They have an established friendship with The
One who has ‘Secret Places and is Sharing It
with them from the Secret Channels of It’s own
Supply. The Hidden Riches, The warehouse
supply door swings open and allows many
avenues of this supply of wealth and riches
opened up to them from avenues they didn’t
know existed.’
They understand why this is all so…and they
practice the understanding.
Aladdin knows as he touches his magic lamp,
his wishes are fulfilled. He asked for what he
wanted.
Pollyanna is Always Cheerful and Optimistic.
She keeps her mind full of a bias towards the
positive. Pollyanna and her father played
The Glad Game as a method of shaping their
lives.
The Ostrich (‘burying his head in the sand) to
refuse to think about unpleasant things.

Many of us know that story, parable and myth
have the thread of higher truth running through
them.
As we sometimes have one part of our mind
telling us we can have what we want, and
another part of our mind tells us we can not
have that thing we want; It’s helpful to remind
ourselves, there is a place that we can connect
with which brings us magical lives, our desires
fulfilled.
Aladdin, Pollyanna and The Ostrich taught
themselves to depend on the higher truth which is:
‘The Truth Does Not Bend, But Our Use Of
It Allows Us to Bend Everything.(sj)’
There are many ways and many names of and
for this higher truth.
And a Reminder “Everyone Has Won & All
Must Have Prizes!” (The Dodo Bird from Alice
in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll)
