This Happens When We Use The Done Deal
Degreaser: (Susan James)
‘Is’ changes to ‘Was’
‘Feel’ changes to ‘Felt’
‘Sense’ changes to ‘Sensed’
‘Not there yet’ changes to ‘Wasn’t there yet’
Those that are in the practice of Intending over
their lives and lifestyles, this sometime happens:
We have fresh practice from a new level.
The next day, we wake up feeling blah and
maybe some tension.
As we understand what that really means, it’s
good news. We are being guided to clean up our
new energy space.
The resistance to what we’ve chosen to have,
rises to the top, like the cold grease filled chili in
the frig. To best enjoy the chili we need to
spoon off the grease, (De-Greaser), before
cooking.
If we don’t take a moment to spoon off the
grease, to expand from our resistance, and cook
the chili anyway, the grease is then blended
and remains, which may keep us stuck and we
may have an unwanted circumstance show up
that will dislodge the tension. Something we
don’t want.
The Done Deal Degreaser: The Short Version
(Use when you choose to expand from a place
you know is not in alignment with where you
choose to be. (Feeling not good, feeling heavy
energy, tension, resistance etc)
1. State in writing, Your Intent to simply Feel
better. Feel Expectant hopeful etc, whatever fits.
2.These are the thoughts in my mind that do not
feel good that I choose to expand from.
3. After writing it out, then read it aloud and you
will see how easily, automatically your present
tense writing changes to past tense, which
means you have expanded vibrationally, moved
up and higher and momentum is added to your
desire fulfillment. YAY THAT !
