in the brain, therefore giving over to automatic
behaviors. This is how we have life flow to
us, instead of us chasing it in struggle and
frustration. Simply begin with your own ‘Sword
in the Stone’ )
And Easy Example to Get Back to Balance:
I feel good (3x in sets of 3.)
It looks like this:

And sometimes we just need to feel better.
I feel better 3x in sets of 3.
Then, read your statements out loud, and Check
them off, as you read them out loud.
