The Done Deal-Short Term Money Example (Excerpt by Susan James)

The Done Deal
(Using Short Term Money As An Example)
(by Susan James) a Done Deal Excerpt

1. Currently, if we have a payment to be made,
and maybe our current funds are inadequate to
meet the bill, our mind stays on, ‘I need a source
of income from somewhere, so that I can pay
my bill’.

Most all of our focus in the ‘so that’ stage. We
focus on the ‘process leading up to the bill paid’
instead of the end result, which is ‘bill paid’. It’s
not on the end result. It’s on the process that
leads up to bill paid. Which more often than not,
brings us more fear and anxiety along the way of
getting the bill paid.

2. Along comes some higher material..that says
if you ponder on what you want, then it’ll come
to you faster.

3. So, some of us begin pondering on what we
want. And what that does, is it brings to the
surface all of the other thoughts that lie beneath
the higher energy desire.

4. We don’t know how to rid ourselves, of those
other dense thoughts now coming to the surface.
We instead begin to change our focus on ways
and means..’so that we can pay our bill.’.

5. On top of creating new thought patterns
which contain, the ‘so that’ phase, we also bring
to the surface more doubt, fear and anxiety,
added to all of the ‘what if I can’t pull this off,
so that this and that bill gets taken care of.’

6. ALL of those thoughts begin to water down
that end result thoughtform that we just were
beginning to enjoy pondering on.

7. Meaning, we have more thoughts about
everything, except what we want as the end
result.

But we don’t see that we are doing ourselves in.
We scatter our energy within our brain.

We’ve taken the emphasis off of what we really
want. We think we are ‘supposed to’ consider all
of those other thoughts, when we ARE NOT to
do that AT ALL.

8. We have to re-teach ourselves to believe in
the fairy tale of dreams coming true, just
because we wish upon a star.

We have to re-teach ourselves that our brain is
our Aladdin’s Lamp and once we understand
that our brain is our Aladdin’s Lamp, then we
have to systemically teach ourselves how and
why to use it on purpose. It takes practice, then
one day, it just sticks!

We don’t really believe we can have it, so we
don’t think about the things we want,
frequently enough to manifest them.

We don’t dust off the lamp and use it to our
benefit. But it’s not that we don’t believe we can
have it, it’s that we don’t understand how we
really can have it.

We don’t know how it works, we don’t even
understand that if we knew how it really
worked then we could have whatever we want.
But we don’t have any idea. Some of us don’t
even know the option exists.

It’s like we are sitting in this car and we are
behind the drivers seat, and someone hands us a
key to start the car, but we don’t know what the
key means. We don’t know what we are
supposed to do with the key and we don’t know
that if we knew what the key was, then it would
start the car and take us easily to wherever we
wanted to go.

Nobody showed us what the key does and what
relation the key has to moving the car to where
we want to go.

So..we drop the key on the seat and get out of
the car…and we start walking towards
somewhere, getting blasted by the elements and
knocked off our rocker and roads….. when we
could have driven there in ease.

Why? Because we hide it from ourselves.

A Quote from One of Gregg Bradden’s books
sums it up nicely: ‘The best place to hide
something is in plain view.’ (The Spontaneous
Healing of Belief/G.Bradden)
