In order to change our lives and lifestyles we
have to change the way we think. We have to
change the way we use thought.
The old way which takes a bunch of trial and
error on top of linear time, is to set goals, make
to do lists then go about doing it all.
The easier way, which takes less linear time and
eliminates many of the bruises of life, is to
change how we use our energy which we label
‘thought-energy’.
Those of you who have taken some of the Susan
James Courses and or done some one-on-one
work with me might remember ‘The Loop
Tool.’ It’s a magical, peaceful and successful
way to accomplish much while expanding
ourselves above the turmoil that we often bring
to our experience.
Here is how to use The Loop to dissolve The
Band Of Limitation which may be surrounding
your life, lifestyle, business and or relationships.
1. Close your eyes and picture yourself standing
with your higher self.
2. Put in your mind an image of a band of
limitation in front of you. Watch as you move
that band out beyond where you are standing
with your higher self. Keep moving it away and
as it moves further and further away, it dissolves
into the ether.
Do you think this works? Your Answer is,
Yes. If you are not sure that you think this
will work, then ask yourself this: ‘Am I willing
to maybe, kinda sorta, consider this may work
for me?’
And if you are, then answer YES. And the rest
will take care of itself.
Why might you choose to consider this works?
Because it’s your choice to consider it, therefore
