How to Step Up Your Enthusiasm (So That You Get
What You Want.) Susan James
For those who enjoy or if you’re like me, need some
type of playful way to perform higher tools for
manifestation, (so that you’ll keep doing them) this is
one that’s been very helpful for me.
The Story:
I had reached a plateau in feeling good about
everything. Everything was going and doing well, but I
started feeling a ‘lull’ in the next whatever moment. I
knew it would not be in my best interest or anyone
else’s for me to stay there long. I needed to transition or
build a bridge.
So I ‘asked’:
What would ‘feel’ exciting for me to See/Have Now?
(Pausing here a moment for definition: Enthusiasm –
absorbing or controlling possession of the mind by any
interest or pursuit; lively interest. Greek equivalent
(entheos) to the God within. Joy, zeal, eagerness.)
As I asked the above question, I chose 3 areas to apply
it to and I wrote on my magic clipboard:
It would be exciting for me to see ( ).
Step 1. I then wrote out 3 separate paragraphs
answering that question.
Step 2. I then crossed through the ‘It would be exciting
for me to see’ and changed the paragraphs to begin with
‘I See’ / I’ve ( ) / etc. (Present tense)
Step 3. I wrote this statement: I fill my mind with the
Possession of: and then listed in very short statements
the 3 things I chose.
(Acknowledgment to Neville for the ‘I fill my mind with
the possession of ‘ as shared in a story about how a little
boy, got the watch he wanted, as told by his father.)
I then set up my 9 day Enthusiasm Game.
A. Read the Above Paragraph statements 3x each
morning.
B. Do a Swords of Three with the 3 short statements.
(Sword of Three is writing the 3 short statements 3x,
3x, 3x.
C. Read the short statements and check off each
statement as you write it and say thank you!
What does this do?
1. Builds up our enthusiasm. (Moves us higher and
everything flows easier)
2. How and Why: Writing it out, especially in ink, puts
it in the ether to be answered. Repetition helps the intent
and the feeling of it, sink into our subconscious where
automatic behavior takes hold and moves us towards the
having with little if any effort.
Did this pay off for me? Well of course it did and
continues to do so!
9 days:
a. Read Paragraph Statements 3x each
b. Do Sword of 3’s
(Note: This can be applied to any and all areas of our
lives; Livelihood, Relationships, Money, Health.)
Best and Splendid Success!
